    2. Following the four regulative principles as instructed by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada:
      1. No consumption of meat, fish, eggs, onion and garlic
      2. No intoxication (Alcohol, Drugs, Smoke, Tea, Coffee, Caffiene etc.)
      3. No gambling
      4. No illicit sex
    3. To use our services, user must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males). By using this website, user confirms that he/she meets these eligibility criteria
  3. Registration and Account Security
    1. To access features of the website, user need to register for an account.
    2. User agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
    3. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.
    4. User agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
    5. User’s profile will be approved only after certain check from your spiritual mentor
  4. Responsibility of Marriage Bureau
    1. The marriage bureau will only be a facilitator. It has no obligation to monitor any kind of disputes between two parties. It shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising out of, or subsequent to, matrimonial relations established through support of marriage bureau.
    2. The marriage bureau cannot guarantee marriage and does not promise any specific results
    3. The verification of the prospective matches needs to be done by the respective families/friends
    4. The coordinators of marriage bureau will not be responsible for any kind of inaccurate or incorrect information provided to them. They are also not responsible to verify the authenticity of information provided
    5. Multiple profiles of the same user are not allowed. We reserve the right to deactivate all multiple profiles
  5. Communication with other user
    1. Vivaha@ISKCON Punjabi Bagh provides a platform for users to communicate with each other. User agrees to communicate respectfully and refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.
    2. Vivaha@ISKCON Punjabi Bagh is not responsible for the content of communications between user. However, marriage bureau reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove content that violates these terms.
  6. Payment and Fees
    1. This service is completely free of cost to serve devotees. However, if user wishes to donate something so that bureau can serve devotees smoothly, User can refer following link – https://www.iskconpunjabibagh.com/donate
  7. Privacy
    1. Our Privacy Policy governs the use of user’s personal information. By using our website, user agrees to the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her information
    2. User’s full profile is visible to the coordinators of Marriage Bureau and limited profile to the users who have registered on this portal
  8. Non-Commercial Use by User:

Organisations, companies, and/or businesses may not become Members of this website and should not use the Site for any purpose.
